- ➤ AAA predicts that more than 1.3 million Georgians will travel by car for Memorial Day. The state public safety officials advise drivers to follow speed limits, wear seatbelts, leave extra space for big trucks, and check that their cars are ready for the trip. WTOC 11
- ➤ At its monthly meeting on Sunday, the Savannah NAACP chapter heard Chatham County Commission Chairman Chester Ellis discuss the state of our country and urgent community needs. He said that since the county now manages the fire department, a fee must turn into a tax and road projects need extra funding + local leaders plan further steps to address these issues. WTOC 11
