- ➤ Chabad of Savannah is hosting Chanukah in the Park at Forsyth Park this Sunday at 3 p.m. The free celebration will offer food, crafts, and inflatables as part of the 8-day holiday (an event open to everyone). WTOC 11
- ➤ A Wilmington Island fundraiser held Sunday raised over $11,000 for families affected by a deadly apartment fire that killed two residents and left others with heavy losses (including personal belongings) two weeks ago. The event at Molly Maguire’s featured food, live music and a silent auction to support rebuilding. WTOC 11

- ➤ CDH Partners, a Georgia-based architecture and interior design firm specializing in healthcare, was named the 2025 Business Partner of the Year by HomeTown Health LLC on Dec. 12, recognizing its work for rural hospitals across the region. Savannah Business Journal

- ➤ SEDA will host its annual meeting on Wednesday, Jan 14 at 8:30 a.m. at the Savannah Convention Center (1 International Dr.) to review 2025 highlights and include a keynote from former Disney executive Duncan Wardle. Savannah Business Journal

- ➤ Due to a cold front dropping temperatures into the 20s from Sunday night to Tuesday morning, Savannah opened a warming center at Tompkins Regional Center until 7 a.m. Monday and expanded shelter capacity at local sites.
