CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ A 1902 German box car was received in Georgia on August 1 as a symbol of wartime sacrifice—its use to transport Allied prisoners during World War II has marked its historic role. It was moved on August 5 to the National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force in Pooler and will be a centerpiece in an exhibit opening in late 2026/early 2027. Savannah Business Journal
