- ➤ Savannah native Flau’jae Johnson hosted her third free back-to-school event at Enmarket Arena on Saturday, giving over 2,500 people free backpacks, shoes, school supplies and earphones—free mammograms were offered on Friday by the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. - ➤ At Fort Stewart's Cottrell Field (Hinesville), hundreds of soldiers from the 3rd Infantry Division watched Maj. Gen. Christopher Norrie relinquish command to Brig. Gen. John Lubas during a smooth ceremony. Lubas, who previously served as Director for Operations, Readiness and Mobilization in Washington, is set to lead the division going forward.
