- ➤ Nearly 2,000 people marched through downtown Savannah Saturday for the 'No Kings' protest where local activists opposed current government policies. The peaceful event started at Thomas Square Park at 11 a.m.—ending at the Forsyth Park fountain with no major disruptions reported. WSAV
- ➤ Crews will begin relocating utilities near Whitaker Street to prepare for an underground parking garage with 424 spaces near Forsyth Park, with 74 available daily and the rest open after hours. - ➤ The YMCA of Coastal Georgia offers Y Readers, a free afterschool program helping Chatham County kindergarten through third grade students build reading skills if they read below grade level. The program runs until June 25 and is supported by Georgia Power. WSAV
