- ➤ Zaxby's is returning its hand-spun milkshakes to select Georgia locations after a seven-year break. The chain said the shakes—available at half price until June 1 at stores including one at 8040 White Bluff Rd in Savannah—will be offered in vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and Birthday Cake and become a permanent menu item this summer. - ➤ Savannah Police responded to a fatal stabbing on the 2000 block of Camelia Ct—police detained a suspect—and ask anyone with information to call CrimeStoppers at 912-234-2020. WTOC 11
- ➤ Early Saturday morning, four people were injured in a shooting on the 100 block of West Congress Street downtown — police said it is not yet clear if any injuries are life-threatening and are seeking information from the public. WSAV
- ➤ Ximena Arias-Cristobal, a Georgia college student, was reunited with her family around 1:15 a.m. on Friday after being released from ICE custody following a wrongful arrest for driving without a valid license—charges were later dropped and no hearing date is set until mid next year. WJCL
