- ➤ Effingham County Sheriff's Department and U.S. Marshals are searching for 19-year-old Demarion Quinton Butler—last seen on West 7th Street near Stokes Avenue wearing a red hooded sweatshirt—after he evaded capture in Rincon on Friday and is believed to be armed and dangerous.
