- ➤ Fundraising efforts are underway to help families affected by wildfires in South Georgia — GoFundMe campaigns have been launched after more than 50 homes were lost in Brantley County, urging neighbors to support those impacted. WJCL
- ➤ Relief efforts are underway across Southeast Georgia to support families and first responders affected by the Brantley County wildfires. Donations (water, food, and hygiene supplies) can be dropped off at VFW Post 6602 in Hinesville until Sunday at 5 p.m. and at James E. Bacon Elementary in Jesup this Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.
