  • The Savannah Spring Fair returns to the South Georgia State Fairgrounds from Thursday, Mar. 26 through April 5, offering rides, games, discounted admission (at $5 on opening day) and wristbands, with a Heroes Day on March 30 providing free entry for military members and first responders.  WJCL
  • MoGro, a mobile grocery funded by a $700,000 SCAD SERVE grant with Kroger and Second Harvest, launched today to serve 35,000 residents facing food insecurity.   • A house fire on West 36th Street displaced seven people and two cats on Mar. 24 as fire crews contained the blaze and supported those affected.  WTOC 11

  • Tanger Outlets Savannah and Hilton Head were named among America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women by Newsweek, reflecting their all-women management team’s focus on empowerment. The award used over 2.6 million reviews and 120 performance indicators to measure workplace excellence.  WTOC 11

  • The Savannah Music Festival opened a pop up shop (at 402 East Broughton Street) where 2026 merchandise (for the event) will be available.  Savannah Morning News

  • Savannah State University launched the MySSU mobile app to simplify student access to academic records, class schedules, and campus events; the app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.  WTOC 11
