- ➤ A local faith group of about 120 gathered Saturday in Savannah to rally for ending police pursuits in school zones following a fatal incident. Protesters marched from Sanctuary Church to the Chatham County Police Department and called for policy changes at federal, state, and local levels. WTOC 11
- ➤ The City of Savannah will place hundreds of blue plastic port-a-potty units along the parade route for the St. Patrick’s Day celebration starting March 17 — a map with 40 locations is available to help visitors plan ahead. Savannah Morning News
