- ➤ Soup It Up for Loop It Up returns Saturday, March 7 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Kehoe Iron Works Building at Trustees’ Garden, where guests sample soups from local restaurants to support education programs for over 11,000 children (tickets are $125 per person or two for $200). WJCL

- ➤ Savannah’s Telfair Museum is restructuring after severe staff turnover and revenue declines. The board, led by chair Susan Willetts (interim director), is launching a search for a new leader and plans to boost fundraising efforts at the upcoming ball to rebuild community trust. The Current
- ➤ The Savannah St. Patrick’s Day parade will take place March 17, beginning at 10:15 a.m. at Abercorn and Gwinnett. The event will follow a traditional downtown route with road closures starting at 8 a.m. and floats staging around Forsyth Park’s east and southern borders. Savannah Morning News

- ➤ Savannah City Council approved a committee to memorialize Whitefield Square as an inactive burial ground for enslaved and free people of color after a survey found potential burial anomalies.
